Getting C's senior year

IN my senior year I will probably be getting 4-5 C’s in my classes in the both semesters. I will be above the 3.0 unweighted gpa requirement though. I know that if I get into UCLA, it says on their website to only have 2 C’s in all of senior year, and I know that I will have to write them a letter explaining why I got that many C’s. Does anyone have any experience or know about a similar situation and can help me forsee if would be rescinded from UCLA for having more then 2 C’s

You realize you are posting on the UCB thread? UCB also has the same provisional admission contract. If you are getting more than 2 C’s for Senior year, I would contact admissions (you can do anonymously) asking them about your current situation and what are the repercussions if you are admitted. I would assume if you have a chance at either school, your previous GPA is very good. Having that many C’s senior year does not bode well for your future at either UCLA or UCB unless you have some compelling reason for these lower grades.
