Getting desperate...Chance me?

So I got auto admit into UNT, and even met a girl online who would be a perfect roommate. Everything could pretty much be set with UNT but I’m still waiting to hear back from UT. This wait is killing me and I just wanted some feedback to see if I should already start visualizing myself at UNT?

almost 40 college credit hours due to D.C and AP
1700 SAT no ACT
top 13%
2 jobs
Student Council and TOM’s club
Very unique, well written essay

I’m apply to textiles and apparels merchandising track in CNS/ school of human ecology.

You will hear within the next 2 weeks. I think your SAT should have been higher but you have a chance being top 13%. Patience, grasshopper!
