Getting dropped from ap chem

Im a junior and its the end of the first semester. After finals, my ap chem grade is a 78% . In order to stay in the class i would have had to get at least a B-. My teacher says that to stay in the class i can retake the final and get at least a B (i got a 70%) but it wont affect my grade, or drop the class and fill it with an elective. I dont think i can do it though, but of course ill try anything. Basically, if worse comes to worse and i end up having to drop the class, will it really affect my chances of getting into a good college? I am also taking ap us history and ap lang. I have relatively good grades with the exception of this class. I am captain of the tennis team. And am involved in a lot of volunteer work ( traveled to costa rica and british virgin islands to volunteer over summer and volunteer at retirement centers) i also have my own non profit baking business and am looking to take a non profit internship in the summer months.my sat scores arent extraordinary (low 1700s for psat) but im hoping that by may ill be able raise it. Im not really interested in attending UCs (from calif) but rather smaller liberal arts schools in areas like the east coast. Basically, i need your opinion, will this really look bad and affect my chances of getting into a good lib arts college?
Not really sure if this makes a difference but i also have a mental/behavioral disorder(dont really want to get into the specifics) that i donate money to from my baking business. And yes, it does affect my studies.
