Getting Fee Waivers for International Students and The Common App?

Hello there, I'm an 18 year old from India and I wanted to ask you guys if any of you could help me out by shedding some light on how an International Student could obtain a Fee Waiver from Unis? I am talking about HYPMD (HYP and MIT and Dartmouth).
It says I have to get a letter from my school counsellor and uplaod it ? :? Im totally confused with the process. Could you please help me out?

Also, I have a query about the common app as well !
How do I send over my teacher recommendations? :|

Hey,
First don’t worry for your fee waivers. Just complete your application normally on common app. Then, click on “Payments” when your file has enough been completed. Then choose “Other fee waiver request”. Consider the request has been accepeted and continue to fill your application. Then, you’ll have, the most quickly you’ll do that, the better it will be, to ask for a letter to your counsellor stating that application fees would cause a financial hardship to you and your family. If you can, maybe you could ask your headmaster to sign for it too, but it is non compulsory. Then, you can upload it (scan it before it was paper-based) and send it to the colleges you’re applying for before the application deadline.

^ Hello. Thanks a lot!
It really helped
Thanks for helping me. I appreciate it :)
