<p>Is there insurance in the college admission process? Picture a bright student. Top of his class, good EC's, applied to all Ivy Leagues and other top schools. However for some reason or the other couldnt quite make it, in any. The sad part of the story is that this intelligent young man is forced to attend a community college.
Is there and should there be some form of communication between these top universities to ensure that certain extraordinary students are not accepted in too many places so as to open spaces for bright students "who just couldnt quite make it?"</p>

<p>Yeesh, community college isn't that bad. You guys all seem to think it's like, the worst thing that could ever possibly happen that you'd never wish on your worst enemy.</p>
