What does Cornell and most ivies seem to stress?

I know you have to have a rigorous schedule and get a good sat/gpa.
Would you consider 3.85~3.95 (with all honors and ~10 AP) and a 2150~2250 sat range good?

Im in four clubs (im a soph.): FBLA (hopefully VP or Pres next year) : won some regional awards, don't know about state yet, Ac-Dec (won some regional trying for state next year), Gifted Club (officer), and Table Tennis Club.
is that enough officer positions?

Volunteer a lot pretty meaningful: Will have around 500~750 hours by Cornell ED.

I might get accepted into a prestigous commitee (spent weeks on application) that the majority of the people in it go to HYPSM.

Oh ya one more side question: how does a 4.0 junior year look, but a 3.9 overall by end of junior year (for ED).

please comment im kinda lost about what I need to do :P
