getting in-state tuition

I currently live in Florida, and I plan on attending Indiana for the class of 2017. Although I live in Florida, my father (originally from Indiana) plans to move back to Indiana after I finish high school. After a year of classes, will I be able to start receiving in-state tuition because my father will be an Indiana resident?
Not that it makes any difference, but I will be living with him during the summers and during breaks.
Thanks.

Becoming an Indiana resident does not take 12 months for your father if he meets all of the requirements.

Thanks a ton. That would be awesome if I could get in-state.
