Getting in through reconsideration?

Hey there everyone.
To keep a long story short, I submitted my application to RU-NB for reconsideration. I had my spring admission revoked. This was due to a decline in grades due to extenuating circumstances. I applied for fall’17 and was declined, did a reconsideration for that same semester and was rejected, I had my spring ‘18 app admitted but had that acceptance revoked, I stupidly applied for a semester change without any new info and was auto-rejected, applied to another RU school for fall and was rejected, and now I’m waiting on the reconsideration decision. I have 66 credits, with 23 new credits to show them. I honestly don’t know if I will be accepted this time around for this upcoming fall, but I guess it’s worth a try. I guess my question is as follows: has anyone on here gotten into Rutgers New Brunswick via reconsideration? Do you personally know anyone who has? Do they actually take extenuating circumstances into account? I wrote a 3 page letter detailing everything and trying to make my case, but what is actually a compelling reason, aside from improved academics and significant rise in GPA, to overturn a decision? I’m just so nervous and stressed out. I have other things to focus on like work and my other summer classes, but I can’t stop thinking of this. Thanks for reading this
