I am very interested in applying to Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
I am a bit worried that my chances of getting in are slim.
My current gpa is 3.50,
SAT-580 reading, 520 math, 600 writing.
I have plenty of volunteer work, many clubs and extracurriculars.
Overall, i feel i have a strong application, however i am worried my GPA and SAT are more
important and that i don't really have a chance.

any advice/opinions would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't worry too much about your GPA as long as you have had a few honors/APs.
The only thing that you really need to worry about is your SAT scores. Think about taking the ACT if you don't think you can raise it.

These stats are a year old already. Admission for this fall's freshman class saw 15,100 applications with much higher SAT and ACT scores. Check out the university website. I think the stats are a little low for Villanova.
