Getting into a business school with possibly 2 C's

I’m currently a junior in high school. I plan on going to college and majoring in either business management, economics, accounting, or finance. My grades up till this year have been decent (B’s and A’s). My school is a business based schools, so they offer a variety of difficult business courses. Junior year one of the AP courses I’ve chosen to take is AP Macromicroeconomics. My teacher for that class is insane. He’s a genius and an amazing teacher, but he legit treats the class like a college class. He lectures the entire class and we’re left to take notes and study the textbook. He would take one concept and manage to come up with a test of 30+ questions on it. From what I’ve heard, macro micro isn’t supposed to be the hardest AP course out there, but particularly for my school, it is the hardest AP course, hands down.

Long story short, I, like many others before me, thought I can take the class, work hard, and pass. However, I ended with a C+ for macro, and am hanging onto a B for micro, but that can easily fall to a C. I’m going to assume the worst and say this: would I get into a decent business school with 2 C’s? I’m looking at schools like Fordham, Rutgers, Baruch, St. John, etc. east coast schools.

With that being said, I’m confident I will score a 4 or 5 on both AP exams. My teacher may hold us to college level standards, but he is still a good teacher regardless. According to seniors who’ve taken the courses, students generally end up with two 5’s and two C’s by the end of the year lol. I don’t want to end up with 2 C’s, but I fear the worst.

My gpa is 4.30. I’ve had past job experiences, I’m a teaching assistant, karate assistant, and I hold leadership positions in school. I volunteer at a thrift shop every week as well. I am also in NHS. Even with 2 C’s, will I get into any of the schools listed above, or schools like those?

anyone have an answer? I visited the rose hill campus today, it was beautiful! Fordham is definitely a school I’d be happy to attend.

Really it depends on more of your UW and test scores. But quite honestly two C’s shouldn’t kill your chances.

I’ve also had 2-3 C’s in my high school transcript but I’ve managed to get into top tier schools. So as long as you try your best you should be fine.

will it decrease my chances for either ED or EA, if not RD?

@thecoolboy1234 what schools?

Well couple top 20 schools :). So keep your spirits up and work hard!

My top two choices will probably be Fordham and Rutgers, unless something changes. Would my current grades/gpa/ECs get me in?

Ok sorry I keep replying to this thread. But lets say I do end up with two C’s. Would it be reasonable to apply for EA/ED for one or two of these schools (only one ED, of course), or should I just apply RD for all the schools, so they can see my fall senior grades? Would schools like Fordham or Rutgers accept me in EA/ED if I theoretically end up with two C’s, or should I try to redeem myself with my fall senior year grades?
