I got a D in one of my science classes during freshman year, but I’m also taking 4 years of sciences that fulfill the A-G requirements (of 2 years), which I have no grades below a C for the other 3 years. I’m not really sure how to interpret the requirements. Does it mean no Ds at all ever in an A-G, or only no Ds for the courses needed to fulfill the A-G requirements?
Did you retake the science course with the D grade? 9th grades are not included in the UC GPA so it will not impact the GPA. If you did not retake the class, you do not get credit to fulfill the A-G requirements however you stated you have passed the rest of the science courses so you are fine. So short answer, you meet the requirements.
