Daughter is going to WF this Fall. She applied as undecided. She’s interested on majoring in Economics or Business.
How hard is going into the Business School after Sophomore year? Thanks!
They accept about 70% of the kids that apply. It’s not difficult but it’s not a guarantee. Simply put, get good grades (3.5 or better, get good grades in prereqs, get involved in clubs and she’ll have no problem.
3.5 GPA only achieve by the top 20-25% of the students at Wake, she will have to work very hard with the grade deflation. It is worth it though. The business school has the best opportunities. Definitely a better place to land than the Economics department. It is known that the Economics Dept. is often the 2nd choice for those who can’t make it into the business school.
