Getting into Csun (out of State)

<p>I have a weighted high school gpa of 3.0 and a 19 on the act and a 1430 on the sat( im retaking both of them) I did pretty good in the majority of my classes but I did take 3 AP classes my junior year so my gpa isn't as high as it could be. I'm also out of state and a minority so what are my chances of getting in?
(Note: I did get into 2 colleges already if that makes a diffrence. And I also applied for csula, csulb,csudh,csuchico,and csuf.)</p>
