Getting into elite colleges w/o AP physics?

FYI AP phy 1 is watered down version of old AP phy B (alg based ) . Some (CB) consider it as entry level physics.

Unfortunately, it’s that type of mindset that resulted in last year’s horrific exam results. AP Physics 1 and 2 are not simply AP Physics b into two courses. AP Physics 1 and 2 and much more conceptual and less plug-and-chug than the old Physics B.

Having said that, with his/her background. the course should not be difficult for the OP.

Does your school offer IB Physics? It is easier than AP Physics.

Yes, they have IB physics SL, but the pre-req is AP Physics.
