Getting into Engineering at SLO?

<p>Hey everyone I'm a junior going into senior year and I'm planning on doing early decision to Cal Poly Slo for Manufacturing Engineering.</p>

<p>I have a 4.125 GPA, 660 in math for SAT, 660 in reading, 690 in writing, and a 30 for my ACT.</p>

<p>Aside from my language, visual performing art, and 2 rop courses, my classes are all honors/ ap. </p>

<p>I have quite a few impressive extra-curriculars including getting my pilots license and achieving my Eagle rank in scouts. </p>

<p>I calculated my GPA via CSUmentor's calculator and it's worrying me as it comes out as a 3.72. It makes me feel as if I've taken my honors/ap courses for nothing. </p>

<p>What are my chances? </p>

<p>I just looked up their stats, and you have an excellent chance. Don’t worry about the calculated GPA, and NEVER think that you took honors/AP courses for nothing. They always help. Congrats on your accomplishments! Chance me back?</p>
