I got accepted to College of Environmental Design, I want to apply for Haas when I am sophomore, is it better to stay in this college and major in architect or transfer to another college with different major? or go to community college for 2 years and then transfer? Please give me some guidance.

I think you have to start as an "undeclared-pre-business administration" major to be able to apply to Haas later. I got accepted to economics, but I'm going to ask if I can change to the pre-biz thing.

Hi AcidAlice,
Should we call them regarding changing major, for my case, the college also?

Okay, I'm not going to speak for other schools because I don't know, but AcidAlice, for L&S, you don't have to be "undeclared-prebusiness" in order to apply for Haas. What you put down for your intended major doesn't matter. If you want to apply for Haas, then start taking the prerequisite classes and then apply fall of your sophomore year.

I don't know about CoED though.

Not true. You may apply to Haas from any pre-major or major. Before you declare you major at the end of sophomore yr, LnS major designations are for statistical purposes only and irrelevant. You will have to specify on the Haas app whether you intend on remaining in your major to pursue a double major or simultaneous degree though
