I graduated from GU SFS last May with a degree in International Politics. I wanted to get involved in international development/education field. I could have gone overseas for volunteering/teaching position but my family situation was not suitable for that. So I decided to join Teach For America to get some experience in education field and a master's degree in education (no research opportunity though). It's been about 4 months since I started teaching but I am doubting if I made a right career choice. I am having difficulties with my students, parents, and even administrators.

So I applied for few other jobs and was recently offered an executive assistant position at the World Bank. If I do take the job, I would have to take a pay cut and discontinue the master's program in education. However, I think I can gain some experience while preparing for grad school majoring in international affairs. If I want to pursue a career in international organizations, should I take the job or finish TFA?
