I’m an in-state auto admit that applied to McCombs. Everyone I know has heard back from UT about their major except for me. I’m worried that this means I won’t get my first choice major, which I guess doesn’t surprise me because of my low SAT score (1430)
Did anyone else not get their first choice at UT? Or am I being paranoid?
I also haven’t heard from McCombs, which is my first choice. I’m also instate, auto admit, and have a comparable SAT score, but my ACT is slightly higher than my SAT. But since there’s still time for the results to come out, and I believe the majority of applicants hear back in February… Fingers crossed!
mccombs is a bit competitive so it takes a bit longer compared to other colleges in Texas. the SAT is a bit low…idk what your gpa looks like. its a good school nevertheless.

We have not heard anything. OOS and applied in November. Last school on the list of many.
