Getting into MI

<p>My high school grades are not too good around a 2.8, however i did manage to improve each of my four years of high school, ending with a 3.8 my final semester I am now a freshman in college. If i maintain a 4.0 through my first year can i transfer to MI or MSU or do my high school grades pretty much keep me out? Also does not declaring a major my first year of college hurt me transferring as well?</p>
