Getting into MIT

Hi!

I’m an international student. I’ve just got my SAT Subject Test scores and the evaluation letters from my teachers.
I got 800 scores for both the Math II and the Physics test. The texts that the teachers had to wrote are quite good (covers everything that it has to) but my teachers marked only ‘outstanding’ (once ‘good’) for my personality and for team working ability.
On the other side I couldn’t have an interview because there is no EC in Hungary, so the evaluations by the teachers are very important. I know outstanding means outstanding not antisocial but universities in the USA take personality very strictly.
Do you think that I have chance to get in or the eval letters aren’t good enough?

You, my friend, are a necromancer.

I think what teachers write is more important than what boxes they check because different teachers may define “outstanding” differently where as MIT can see the text for themselves and then evaluate it using their own definitions of the categories.
