Getting into NYU Stern

I'm currently a junior in high school and I've recently begun looking into colleges that I want to go to. My top choice is NYU Stern, but I know this is a highly selective school and majoring in Finance makes it even harder to get in.

My GPA is 3.5 weighted and 4.0 unweighted :/ but all of my classes are honors and AP.

I've only taken one SAT and ACT so far and got a 2000 combined score on my SAT, and a 30 on my ACT.

My ECs consist of Student Council, Diversity Club, Varsity Tennis, Badminton, Danceline, Habitats for Humanities, National Honors Society, Investment Club, and BPA.
-This summer I'm interning in New York with Discovery Internships and volunteering at Good Sam Hospital.

I know I'm a mediocre student who probably won't get into Stern, so I was just wondering if I could increase my chances of getting in by doing early admissions as well as going in undecided? Please let me know if there's anything I can do to help me get in! I really want to get into NYU, but after reading numerous discussions about getting in, I've become rather discouraged...

if you really really want Stern. Increase your SAT to a bare minimum of 2100 or have 2200+ (700+ in CR & M0, write a killer essay, (show Stern what you can add to the school) have leadership/ECs, & apply ED.

alright thanks for the tips!
