Getting into Ross (Not Preferred Admit)

How hard is it? I'm debating between a school where I'm already in the B-school as a freshman and Michigan -- is Ross very difficult in terms of admissions?

It’s definitely challenging. I got into Marshall School of Business at USC and was rejected by the Ross pre-admit program. However, I still ended up coming to Michigan and it was an incredible decision. I LOVE it here and after being here for a year I decided I didn’t even want to apply to the Business School anymore and ended up switching my major to Communications. However, if your heart is set on business then getting into Ross is doable but you will need to really focus on it your freshman year and join the right clubs and things like that. I strongly recommend Michigan though. Go blue!

not that hard. If you cant get at least a decent gpa you dont deserve to be in there. As I said… 6 out of 6 of my engineering friends with 3.3s got in

I decided to attend Michigan too. (I’m still waiting for the Ross decision…hopefully I get in). Go Blue!
