i am attending brookdale community college and currenty have a 2.9 gpa but supose it will be around a 3.1 by the end of this semester. i have around 30 credits so i dont need to send me SATS scores. i am also studying abroad next semester for a month in rome. what are my chances of gettin in if i applied to the spring semester? thank you

I am in a similar situation, I have a 3.18 and rutgers still wants your SAT and high school transcripts when you transfer..i think we are long shots from what Ive been told on this forum, though my counselers at my Community COllege said I would probably get in...I dont know how familar they are with rutgers transfer requirements....., and Rutgers counselers wouldnt even give me the time of day when I went to ask....But just FYI spring transfer prioty registration was due Oct, 15 so if your thinking about transfering this spring you need to do so ASAP

thank god someones replyed lol are u sure tho i chcked there website nd actually went to the school nd they both said if u completed 30 credits or more they dont require your sats. and im just going by what they said as well as there website even. just to give u a little insight. both of my relly good friends went to ru and raduated from there. they both transfered after 2 years and not getting a degree from there community schools and both got in

does anyone else know my odds of getting into RU, montclair, Kean, rowan or rider?

Do you know what their GPAs were that could be good news for us.....All of your other mentioned schools I think you will be able to get into with a 3.1 the only one Im not sure about is Rowan and only cuz I dont know what there requirements are like...Maybe you didnt need SATs who knows they had mine from when I took them way back in Junior year anyway though

im pretty sure you dont need your sats if u completed more then 30 credits i mean after talking to my two friends it really seems by chance to be honest. i think we are stressing out honestly

to get into Rider and kean you just have to have a heart beat and a nap sack.

I am a student at Ocean county college, i have a 3.1 gpa and 52 credits, does anyone know if i have a chance of getting into Rutgers-new brunswick?

for transfer students, Rutgers NB does NOT need SATs. I do not know where any of you got that idea from as it does not even ask in the application!

if you’re applying to the school of arts and sciences, over a 3.0 is usually good enough…at least from what I’ve seen on these forums…I transferred this fall with a 3.26. And for the SAT’s, you don’t have to send them… I think maybe if you’re under 12 credits? I can’t remember what it said because I had over 60 so I didn’t bother reading that.

can anyone help with my chances?

I go to UCC as well (3.366 GPA, Business & History Clubs). I will have my AA in Business this May. I too am waiting sooo eargerly for their decision.
