getting into Skidmore?

<p>Hey, I can't really find info on what grades you need to get into Skidmore. I'm just considering it, not all that seriously but just wondering. They're education department looks pretty good.</p>

<p>262 on PSAT (haven't taken the SAT yet) which will probably make me a semifinalist, hoping for 1350+ on SAT
1 AP exam (4) plus 33 credits from community college
Now homeschooled, 2 years in public highschool (fresh/soph), always on high honor roll
Strong EC's</p>

<p>IDK much about skidmore, if it's hard to get into or not. If you have any info on whether or not its a good school, I'd be interested to hear it.
And if you have any other suggestions for schools with ed. programs, I'd welcome those too.

<p>Well..you can't get higher than a 240 on the PSAT selection index...and if you were a semi-finalist, you'd know by now.</p>

<p>I live pretty close to skidmore, and the kids who go their from my school seem intelligent, but they're not spectacular. They don't take all AP's or anything like that. If you do get a 1350 or so on the SAT, you have a very good chance depending on your GPA. Skidmore doesn't care that much for EC's.</p>
