Getting into these schools?

Hey! So I have a 3.0 GPA and a terrible SAT score
I took the SATS recently and got a low score
410 math
400 reading
360 writing
I played field hockey and softball my freshman year
field hockey and lacrosse my sophomore year
and I am now a junior and in Interact club(Exec board.. Secretary and Class represenative)
also in student council (Junior Vice President).

I am planning to take my SAT's twice more expecting to get around 1500(Hoping)
I am terrible at standardized testing!
this is out of 2400 and 1500 is avg
Here is my college list so far:

University of Wisconsin(in Madison)
Seton Hall University
East Stroudsburg university of PA
Auburn University(In alabama)
Kean University(NJ)
Ole Miss(U of Mississippi)
Kansas State university
Louisiana State University

Please comment with recommendations of schools (not community colleges) and my chances of getting in with the current colleges on my list!

Look for test optional schools. There are tons of them. If you cannot get over a 1500 on the sat then it is highly unlikely that you can gain admittance to Wisconsin, auburn, ole miss, or k state…

Kansas State has a 99% acceptance rate though…
A lot of those have high acceptance rates and by reading college ******* and looking at the graphs of who they accept and who they dont they have accepted a lot of people with just about or even lower grades than me
