Getting into UCirvine nursing

Does anyone have any stats about getting into UCI as a nursing major? It’s my dream school but I know it is very selective and was curious to see the GPA/SAT/Extracurriculars of the people who have gotten in. Also, what do you think my chances are?
GPA:4.05 (only counting 4 of the AP/weighted classes I’ve taken, I took 2 sophomore year and 4 junior year)
SAT: 1440- 6 6 7 on the essay (I’m retaking it soon, with the hope of getting 1500+)
Extracurriculars: I’m the current president of a registered 501 c (3) non profit company that I’ve worked with for 5 years and with that and the various volunteer work I do (cat fostering and working at animal shelters) I get about 10 hours of community service a week. I also volunteer at a veterinariany teaching hospital for lab experience. Do you think I have a chance at UCI? I’m also applying to SDSU, UCLA and cal-state Fullerton as a nursing major and a few other schools (UCdavis, Berkeley,San Francisco state) as a non nursing major just in case :frowning:

Here is the information requested for UCI:
Fall 2017 freshman applicants: 2,540

Fall 2017 freshman admissions: 88 (3.5% admitted)

Average UC GPA: 4.25 GPA

Average total SAT score: 2040

Average total SAT score (new version): 1354

With a 3.5% acceptance rate there is no guarantee but you do look competitive. I think you will get into SDSU and CSUF. UCLA/UCI are a coin toss. Best of luck.

I had a 4.1 GPA and 31 ACT and was waitlisted at UCI. I am a freshman nursing student at SDSU.
