I just finished my sophomore year of hs (haven't taken ACT or SAT yet) so I figure I still have time to work on my credentials. I've visited a few schools, and UVA and Georgetown (SFS in particular) are by far my top choices. How good of a candidate am I now, and what can I do to increase my chances of getting into either school?

some vague stats:
-white/native american, out of state (Missouri)
-all-girls catholic school
-GPA: 4.5 (weighted)
-taking hardest courses available, but I am not a strong math/sci student, so I'm considering dropping sci senior year and taking an extra eng course...should I?
-member of NHS, Students Assembled for Global Awareness
-Varsity tennis (1,2)
-Varsity club lacrosse (1,2)
-dad's a Georgetown Law alum

Also, I'll be taking courses for a week at a school in Salamanca, Spain, but they will not be calculated in my GPA.
Thanks
