Getting into Wharton with AB

<p>my school offers Calc AB as well as BC
but in order to get into the BC course, you have to take a summer class.</p>

<p>i was unavailable for that summer class because of a volunteer program i did overseas so i'm stuck with AB next year.</p>

<p>i do relatively well on Math, winning school awards for Math as well as earning A's in everything preceding the calc courses. Also an 800 on both sat 1 and sat 2 math sections.</p>

<p>does this greatly hurt my chances of getting into Wharton?
or if i mention it somewhere on the application that i did a summer enrichment program that prevented me from taking Bc, will it help the officers understand that i couldn't take it?</p>

<p>there are people that get in w/ precalc so i think you will be ok.</p>
