Every time I close CC and then reopen it, I’m having to log in again. Can this be fixed? I’m using Chrome.

Chrome, Windows XP and an HP desktop. Happened again this morning.
Happened three times to me this weekend, on 2 different devices. HPdesktop with windows 8 and firefox. Iphone.
I’m also facing the same event. I think it’s something with the cookies. I also face another problem: often, whenever I log in, that page with WHATSAMATTA comes up. It’s really annoying and slow.
I’ve reported the issue. My tech colleagues will be looking into the matter. Did you guys by any chance use an incognito window when this happened? Thanks!
What’s an incognito window?
Incognito mode allows you to browse in private. Here is the official Google definition with regards to Chrome: “Incognito is a mode that opens a new window where you can browse the Internet in private without Chrome saving the sites you visit.” I believe this mode doesn’t save any cookies, though I’m not entirely sure how it relates to log out issues.
No, I’ve never used that mode.
I never knew about it until a year ago! I suppose it really is incognito, then!

My phone (iPhone) has been kicked out several times today. 
I can’t even get the iPhone app to work properly today. All I get is the main page (looks like I’m browsing on Safari but I’m not).
Never mind. I Deleted and reinstalled it and it seems to be ok now. Still a weird thing, though. I’ve never seen this before.
Surface/Windows 10/Firefox logs off randomly. Every few weeks or so. Same with Dell/Windows 7(?)/Firefox at work. Not a big deal.
Been having this issues for several days on my android phone.
