At least healthcare.gov generally worked after the first month or so.
This is RIDICULOUS. It took me almost 5 minutes to post a comment because I kept getting logged out.

Phone is still not working well. iPad is inconsistent. Sometimes I have to hit that log in button more than once…and sometimes not.
This has been happening to me for several weeks now. I’ve signed in and out and selected remember me. I also deleted the app entirely and reinstalled it. But it keeps happening.
Guys, the tech team is still working on getting this fixed, but they have issues replicate the problem across various devices. For all those that are still experiencing the issue, can you please let us know your device, browser, and operating system (OS)? This would be really helpful. Thank you!
iPad Air (haven’t tried on my Iphone) Safari, IOS 10
IPhone 6S (Safari, iOS 10), Laptop (Chrome, Windows 10), Laptop (Firefox, Windows 10), Desktop 1 (Chrome, Windows 10), Desktop 2 (Chrome, Windows 10).
Maybe tell the to actually use the product they maintain for a few days. It might help them figure out this issue and understand that this forum has practically no functionality compared to most.
iPhone 6S using Safari. I had been using iOS 9 but upgraded recently to IOs 10. Same issues with both iOS.
HP laptop with Windows 10 (originally Windows 8 but the upgrade took place last year), using Chrome.
It happens quite regularly on my iPhone and infrequently on my laptop.
Now when I try to read a poster’s past posts it doesn’t link to the past posts correctly. The “more discussions” is in the middle of the page and unless you click that it doesn’t go back further. It’s not at the bottom where it should be
iPhone 6, Desktop (Chrome, Windows 10).
Galaxy S6, Laptop Chrome Chrome, tablet Microsoft edge.
I refuse to believe that the tech team can’t replicate these widespread problems that ate occurring on every possible platform.
It’s been how many years since the switch? And yet here we are with a site that is STILL constantly broken.
I would assume the tech team never actually uses the site, and when they have an issue like this reported, they log in, leave the page, and then come back 2 minutes later. Well what do you know, no problems here!
Of course, for me, I typically only have the logout problem if I leave the site for 10 to 15 minutes, and the amount of time really seems to be rather random.
Laptop, Chrome, Windows 7. Droid RAZR, Chrome, who knows what OS, looks like KitKat.
Yes, seems the issue is with something common to all our systems. What triggers the sw to ask us to re-log in, other than a (somewhat) normal refresh sort of trigger? Why are some re-directed when hitting Back?
I like the word in software, “elegant,” for when things are programmed to run smoothly, seamlessly, and the modules can be easily de-bugged.
I suspect that by now they have recreated the problem but the real issue is trying to recreate it consistently or “on demand” in order to fix it. Even though we are all experiencing it, I don’t think any of us could make it happen “on demand”. A random problem is tough to track.
That may be. To me it seems like what is actually happening (at least for most of us) is that we are not actually being logged out, but instead are actually logged in but not recognized as such until we click the login button and force the website to check. Usually as soon as I click login, it brings me back to the main page with me logged in rather than to the login page. Perhaps its an issue where the site is not actually handling cookies for saved sessions properly. Perhaps it isn’t even reading them until you click the login button, at which point it sees there is one already in existence and picks up that session.
iPhone 7 - iOs 10 - happens all the time.
MacBookAir - Safari - happens frequently.
Also, if my above guess turns out to be correct, I think the tech team owes me a portion of their salaries.
A correction and update to my previous post about devices etc.
iPhone 6 (I had accidently stated 6S) using Safari. I had been using iOS 9 but upgraded recently to IOs 10. Same issues with both iOS.

And, I forgot to mention, I also use it on a HP desktop with Windows 7 Enterprise and IE 11. Interesting point here, is I don’t remember it ever happening on this system. Besides the difference in OS and browser, the other difference is with this system I log in fresh everyday I use it. The other systems just stay logged in forever (unless forced out).
I agree with this assessment.
I’m seeing it on my laptop using both Firefox and Chrome with Windows 10.
iPad Air with OS 10 using Safari.
iPhone 5s also with OS 10 but using the mobile thing…which is pathetic at best.
HP laptops-- windows 8 and 10. Chrome. Continued logout
