It is probably premature to call the problem solved, but I haven’t had the issue a single time today (knock on wood). If it really is fixed, I’d really be interested in knowing what the problem turned out to be.
I had the issue when I came back at 5:11, 5 min ago.
I’ve had it all day. If I close my browser and then reopen it in another session, I have to log in again (well, I have to click Log On but don’t have to input my username and password).
I guess I’m just lucky.
Mine is spotty…sometimes I have to hot “log in” more than once…and sometimes I don’t have to hit it…at all.
To me that is more troubling than a consistent bothersome thing…I never know when this is going to happen…or not.
Guys, thanks so much for the valuable info. The tech team confirmed that a patch has been deployed earlier today and we hope this has fixed the issue. Please let us know if otherwise (and again please report the device, browser, and OS). We really appreciate the help.
@CCadmin_Sorin Any chance they are willing to let us know what needed to be patched? I want to know how close my guess was.
@CCadmin_Sorin -it happened again yesterday and again this morning. It occurred on my iPhone 6 with iOS 10 using safari. Something new- a red banner that reads: "There was an error fetching the connection data. "
I got that same red banner this morning…iPad Air, using safari. OS 10.
But…I didn’t have to log in…at all. I just had to try again.
It worked for me. I hope it lasts. (I’m on a laptop, Windows 10, Firefox).
@boneh3ad, we do not reveal the technical details that go into our releases/fixes. To be honest, I don’t even know all these details myself (as I’m not part of the tech team).

Seems like I’m the only one that experienced anything since it was fixed…but I will say I haven’t experienced a problem since I reported it yesterday morning.
I, too, seem to be functioning normally now.
It happened again this morning on my ipad.
@CCadmin_Sorin - It happened again this morning on my iPhone 6 and just now on my laptop (windows 10). But this time a little different. I was taken to the login screen and actually logged in. (no red banner either).
