Getting logged out

It happened yesterday on the ipad and iphone

I was taken to the log in screen also. But I think that is something. That actually happens about once every two weeks…you actually have to log in…for real…again. @CCadmin_Sorin am I correct?

This is the same as it was before the big log in every single time episode.

@CCadmin_Sorin It just happened again on my iPhone 6. Just like before where I did not actually have to login again but only click login. It did have the red banner.

Saw this problem again on my PC this morning. (Didn’t see it on iPhone or iPad … yet.)

3 times today on my phone.

I’m now only getting the same requests as prior, to log in every few weeks. But just now, it refused my password, same one I’ve been using.

Sigh, it’s starting again. I’ve had it happen 3 times in the last 20 minutes on chrome. Basically, when I exit a tab and reopen it, I’m logged out. Except not really since I just have to hit the “login” button and I’m taken to the main page where I’m logged in.

Why is this happening month after month after month?

Yep. It started to happen again yesterday and now on my iPad I am getting that red banner “there was an error fetching the connection data” I’d send a screenshot but I can’t log on on the iPad.

I’m getting red banner, also. I turned off my wifi and was auto logged like usual. I am also getting red banner on my phone and on mobile app.

I was getting the red banner for quite a while this morning on my iPhone. I assumed the system was down but maybe not—I didn’t try on my computer. I’m finally in on my phone.

I was also getting the same error earlier today. I’ve reported it to the tech team. My assumption is the same problem we had before Christmas. I’ll keep you posted. Thanks for reporting, guys!

@CCadmin_Sorin just happened again and the red banner on the phone happened last night.

Why does this keep happening?

ETA: And just happened again. Not a one-off thing.
Chrome, laptop. Though I’m sure it’s not just limited to a single browser.

Ok it happens every time I try to go to my profile. Other pages seem to be fine.

@romanigypsyeyes, thanks for reporting! I’ve alerted the tech team to take a look. It worked fine for me since early yesterday morning. I’ll keep you posted when I hear more.
