Getting lower ACT practice scores - Any tips?

The first ACT practice I scored a 28 (28E, 30M, 27R, 26S) and the second I scored 27 (30E, 29M, 23R, 25S). I took the first one on Friday but over the weekend I studied basically throughout the whole day writing down all the questions I got wrong, why I got it wrong, and an explanation for the actual answer. Then I took the test again on Monday. The questions for the math, reading, and science section for the second test seemed significantly harder than the first as I only had a few unsure questions on the first and a lot more on the second. I also found myself running short on time in those sections. My goal is to get at least a 30 and I’ll be taking the test in less than two weeks. Is there any hope for me, any tips?
