hi all
what do you think about the idea of getting married while in college?
what are the pros and cons of this ??
you will be with the person you love 24/7 (don't get bored :) though) ,both of you will have part-time jobs and that will cover a lot of life expenses.
special scholarships for married couples from most schools.
you will have the opportunity to see how things work in the marriage thing.
of course you can delay the ceremony till you graduate ,the ring is enough for the college-level I guess ,don't you?
plus you can plane for summer-honey-moon (that includes every summer of the year) :D

waiting to hear your opinions ...

best;

Got a link to these “special scholarships for married couples from most schools”? You might have a lower FAFSA EFC from being independent, but that’s not really the same thing.

If people want to get married, they should. If not, not. It’s not really a decision most people make based on pros and cons, other than the pro of “I want to marry that person” or the con of “I don’t want to marry that person.”

Marriage may seem like the right choice now but don’t do it until you are both financially ready!!! The NUMBER 1 reason marriages fail is because of??? MONEY. I don’t doubt the love you both have for each other is true, BUT you have to be smart about it. I don’t like seeing couples break up or worse, getting divorced over the stupidest reason,money. My advise is to finish college, get a job, settle down and get married. Think about the long run my friend! After all, it’s “till death do us part”, so you got a long long way(if you are certain she’s the one). But hey, all this is just advise, do whatever the hell you wanna do :):):)
