Getting nervous.. chances?

Hey guys, I'm sure everyone is starting to anticipate their decision, and I am starting to sweat here in southern California awaiting my decision.. I was wondering if anyone can give me a quick chance on admission; I applied to McCombs and the College of Communication.

My unweighted GPA is a 3.23, weighted a 3.94 (mentioned in a fax to UT Austin that I got straight A's first semester senior year)

My ACT score is a 31 (32 E, 28 M, 33 R, 31 SCI, 29 English/Writing)

School does not rank

Extracurriculars include being on an anti-bullying program for six years, and founding it in California when i moved here, being a VP for a club that raises money for microloans for entrepreneurs in third world nations, school newspaper for 3 years (sports editor senior year), varsity tennis (1 yr) , captain of travel baseball team (1 yr), interning at a county democratic committee, being a marketing intern at a promotions company, and being a baseball umpire.

Essays included my experiences in the anti bullying program, an essay on how I moved from being invisible to a prominent figure on my HS campus after I moved, and an essay on how my brother's death shaped me to be the way I am today.

I know it's a lot, but thanks in advance! Hopefully we'll find out soon!

Well writing about the three D’s (drugs death and divorce) are usually frowned upon but your other essay seems like a fantastic topic. Your EC’s seem really interesting and genuine and your ACT is pretty decent. You will get into Communication but Mccombs is definitely a stretch with that gpa. I’d say Mccombs is a mid reach
