Getting Off The Priority Waitlist

I posted this question on the priority waitlist thread but it is starting to disappear so I am going to ask it here.

I am curious. Does a larger percentage of students get off the priority waitlist for a particular college within CMU? For example I know it is harder to get off the waitlist for CFA, (drama) because they take so few students. But in the other colleges like CIT, MCS, H&SS, etc. what are the percentages for these other colleges? For students that have been accepted to multiple programs within CMU does the spot that the student does not take open up when a student has to chose only one program to attend? Do they wait until after May 1st to let students know that they have been accepted off the waitlist?

What exactly does the letter for the prioirty waitlist look like?

On a related note, roughly how many applicants are wait-listed at Carnegie Mellon every year?
