Getting out of Physics

Hey guys,

Well, I posted about this before. However, now its getting close for me to enroll in my summer classes, and I need to figure out how easy it is to use summer college credits to get out of classes at Penn. From the Penn's website, it seems pretty easy to get out of them. However, I'd like some insight from people currently at Penn. Here is a link to my physics class at BYU:

BYU Independent Study - Courses - Physics and Astronomy - PHSCS 105 — Introductory Applied Physics

Its essentially the same as Penn's Physics 101. So, I would likely get out of that course if I did well here...correct?

Again, I'm sorry for any redundancy here. However, I really want to fully understand what I am getting into before I enroll in this course (it costs like 400 bucks).

Thanks,
Robbie

You should contact the LSM program at Penn. The course you list does not require calculus.
I doubt that this is a course that they would exactly be excited about. Even if Penn would give some credit it is not clear that it would satisfy your program. Never ever rely just on a website. You should contact the person in charge of the LSM program.
