getting out of the 600s

ok..so i am stuck in the mid-high 600s..and i really wantto bump into the 700s in every subject by october...any advice???

Practice tests. Just keep taking them until you're completely comfortable with the format. Sometimes focusing on one section at a time is easier (that's what I did with math; I went from a 650 to a 760 just by doing three math sections out of the 10 Real SATs book the night before the test).

I'd suggest against doing three math sections the night before the test.

However, a lot of practice will help. If you have a subject that's repeatedly lower than the others, get the Barron's practice workbook for that subject.
