Getting ready for senior year, please help.

So, as I’m filling out my commonapp, I was thinking if you all could help me determine my chances of getting into the colleges I’m interested in (I live in VA so most of them are in-state):
University of Virginia
Virginia Tech
James Madison University
George Mason University
My cumulative GPA is 3.9860, mainly because I hated school both my freshman year. However, I did well both my sophomore and junior year.
Freshman year classes:
Geometry HN B-
English 9 HN B
History (regular) A

Biology (regular) B+
Design & Tech A
Chinese 1 A-

P.E. A
Sophomore year classes:
World Hist/Geog 2 A
Sports Marketing A
P.E. A
English 10 A
Chinese 2 A
Algebra 2 HN A-
I went from taking 2 HN to just 1 HN. I know this doesn’t look that great, but I’m gonna be honest, I’m not sure what I was thinking.
Junior year:
I kind of turned it up a notch, taking 2 AP’s and 3 HN’s.
AP Psychology A
AP Physics 1 A-
English 11 A
History HN A-
Pre-calc w/ Trig HN A
STEM Engineering (comes with .5 boost because it is an HN class) A-
Chinese 3 A
As you can see, I got straight A’s both my soph. and junior year, while improving the rigor of my classes.
Planned senior year classes:
AP Government
AP Microeconomics and Macro
AP BC Calculus
AP Biology
Human Anatomy
STEM Engineering 2
English 12 HN
I got something around a 4.3 GPA my junior so hopefully colleges will notice this?
The first time I took the SAT (in June) I got a 1650. I know this isn’t really what I want to end up with, but I have been practicing all throughout this summer hopefully to end up with a score of at least 1900.
I don’t have any EXTREMELY flashy extracurriculars, other than coaching and reffing football and basketball teams/games, student ambassador of my school, I did an internship with a state senator this summer, help out @ my church with the kids’ program, and some other minor things.
So, what do you guys think? Also, feel free to give advice/ suggest other colleges I should apply to!
Thanks and sorry for the length post

bump.

SAT score is fairly low, but if you manage to get it up to 1900 I feel that you should be good for UVA
