I hope you're being sarcastic, CityKnight. True, SAT IIs fall a little short, but they're not "bad." A 550 for a non-native Spanish speaker is actually pretty good.

Fair chances, even a little above average. You look premed-ish, teehee. :) That probably won't help your cause much, but to thine own self be true, right?

it may be below 50th percentile.....but what % of test takers are native speakers? I would tend to believe that for spanish, the number may be greater than 50%

does princeton accept spanish from native spanish speakers? I know harvard doesnt allow poeple to take the language sat ii in their native language

I dont know lol, but I guess that if an international applied from a country where their official laguange is lets say german, they would regard the person's german SAT II as his native language SAT

About the Greek Cypriot/mom was a refugee thing, it all depends on how you present it in your essay. Some people have the knack of presenting something mundane as extraordinary, while others cannot even do justice to their utlra-unique experiences.

I said "Princeton requires three SAT II's" just to emphasize that the Spanish SAT II will count for him since he only has three SAT II's. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
