getting recruited

<p>how good do you have to be at a sport to be recruited, and does being recruited increase your chances? also what sports do they tend to favor? thanks :)</p>

<p>Good enough that a coach would want you to play on his team. You should know whether you're good enough to play at the college level in whatever sport you do. If you don't, you probably aren't good enough.</p>

<p>Nothing in particular. There's obviously more recruits for football (where the roster is 80 people) than golf (where the roster is 10 people).</p>
