Getting regular twin comforter instead of xl

<p>Twin XL mattresses are just 5" longer than twin. If a twin comforter will cover you on a twin mattress, it will cover you on a twin XL. :rolleyes:</p>

<p>i dont think they even make twin xl comforters. only the bed sheets.</p>

<p>They do make them, but a regular twin will do just fine. My S's dorm's beds have a head and footboard so the comforter doesn't even hang down from the bed very well, so the few extra inches really don't matter.</p>
