You’re missing out on the semester registration fee they charge. Nonetheless, the rest of the things still add up to it. Good luck with fulfilling LUMS’s condition.
Even if you think about taking a gap year, add need blind schools in it. BTW which school do you attend? Are the counselors good? If not, I can I can suggest some outside help ( very reasonable prices) as well for next year applications.
yeah but i’ll only have to pay the registration fee once. I study in lgs defence. i don’t think its the counsellors i think its the aid. many of my friends who’re paying or have exceedingly amazing stats are getting in
They’re many factors that count. Sorry to break the bubble. Aid counts a lot, but had your list been better you would’ve had a chance. You could’ve applied to NYUAD, Yale-NUS, Williams ( need aware but gives good aid, personally know someone who’s paying $1.5K) or Princeton, Smith (ED)
As for LUMS, it charges a registration fee every semester.
@Confusedfreak oh sorry i was talking about the one time admission fee charge.
I applied to nyuad and yale nus as well. I didn’t apply to williams because it had already taken up people in ed
People from your school? Or people in general? I personally think that you wasted a slot by applying to Brown, it’s stingy with aid when it comes to international students.
Were you called for the candidate weekend at NYUAD? Did you apply to NYU as well or just NYUAD?
@Confusedfreak friends not from my school (and people ik in dignosco). i wasnt invited. i applied to both @bopper well i thought these were my safeties plus i cant go tooo low cuz my parents
Every school is a competitive school for an international student.
Plus, they’re many myths about the admission process and cycle. Most students don’t receive proper guidance.
