Hey guys, it disappeared from my portal! So I wonder if they put that up there earlier by accident(?) I don’t know. But there’s nothing there now. @ccamt2@kinzokumanga@wannabe32 So I don’t know what this means lol. Guess I’ll just wait
Still haven’t gotten anything from Gettysburg, this is getting ridiculous. I live an hour and a half from Gettysburg. Can’t they just email me my rejection letter at this point???
I live about three hours away and also still have nothing. When I emailed them they said that all decisions were mailed and should be here by the end of this week…but it’s so painful waiting so long for something that’s probably disappointing news. :-<
Still waiting too. I’m in Virginia, but I know it only takes a day or two to get stuff there, so it should be the same back. I agree @kinzokumanga it kinda gives you hope but at the same time you already kinda know. Just prolongs the process.
In MD and nothing here yet either in today’s mail. There seems to be no received wait list or rejection letters on this thread. Portal indicates nothing new - no wait list or rejection.
Haven’t received anything in the mail, but this appears on the portal: “If you are interested in receiving additional consideration for admission to Gettysburg as an active candidate on the waiting list, …,” who will be notified a decision off waiting list by July!
A hint well taken, because a month ago D already attended open houses for accepted students at Penn State Smeal Business school. She talked to business professors and started bonding with fellow students, and she is choosing her roommate. A reject or wait list from Gettysburg will make her decision easier! Good luck for other candidates who are still waiting to hear from Gettysburg. You’ll be fine.
Thanks frank6215. Checked the myGettysburg portion of the website and the wait list info seems to be generic. Anxiously awaiting correspondence one way or another.
