Anxiously awaiting decisions from Gettysburg for Regular Decision. Any one have any insight as to when we may expect notification?
I got an email from Gettysburg saying that we can expect decisions in the mail “by the third week of March”, however I don’t know what exact date that might be, but you will know for sure by the end of March.
They posted on their admissions twitter that the decision letters are almost ready to be sent!
So, receiving acceptances on Monday/Tuesday? Do rejections/waitlists come later?
Based on previous years’ college confidential page, everyone hears sometime throughout next week
Does Gettysburg also mail the decision letter to international students ?
According to this site https://www.college-kickstart.com/blog/item/class-of-2021-regular-decision-notification-dates
Has anyone heard anything else?
Just saw post on Gettysburg admissions twitter that envelopes were loaded on truck, so I guess that means they are going out today.
Do internationals get them through emails or mail?
@schoolgirl251 im an international student and i have an email from the admission office said that I’d receive by mail ONLY and not via email.
God, that’s even worse. @ambitious07 thanks anyway
@ambitious07 I am also an international student are we supposed to get the same email?
@Efuanta this is what they said:
“Greetings from Gettysburg College! Our Admissions staff has been working hard to review over 6,000 applications that were received for the Class of 2021. Our admissions decisions will be mailed by the third week of March (we will not be e-mailing our decisions nor will they be posted in myGettysburg)”
Guys any updates?
Has any international received their decisions?
@ambitious07 A friend of mine(international student) got his ED message through an email even though he was deferred
Maybe its because he applied ED? RD applicants may be different. I’m not sure but thats what The school told me in its email @Efuanta
Did you state in your email you an intl student?
Accepted today in NJ!
D accepted!
Are these acceptances thru the mail or email? Thanks!
