With the deadline for RD approaching and decision for ED-1 even nearing, lets post in this thread regarding applying to Gettysburg, chances, exceptional info about college and decision for class of 2018 :)</p>

<p>My buddy just got in ED. Playing baseball for them. 1900 SAT 3.9 cumulative gpa. Congrats to this kid. Woohoo</p>

<p>About how many people do you guys think are on the waitlist?</p>

<p>I have heard that only very few applications are rejected by this college.I am not sure of having correct information but 800 is the number to be wait-listed this year.</p>

<p>Im waitlisted 2 after first being defered in ED.
The waitlisted number must be high, I agree.
Almost all of the applicants to Gburg from my country have been waitlisted.
Very little if any hope left now. :(</p>
