<p>The military recently passed a bill that allows soldiers to pass their college funds from the GI Bill to their dependents. My Dad is trying to transfer over the funds to pay for the rest of my college degree, but we're not exactly sure how the protocol is. There's one form filled out on his side, and then another one filled out by the receiving dependent (me) afterwords, but that was three weeks ago, and neither of us has received any notifications since. </p>
<p>Has anyone else gone through the process who is able to tell what's what?</p>
