Gigantic Curve Ranges

Is it just me, or is it really annoying when the college board 10 official practice test book gives you score ranges of about 100 points! Also, it claims that depending on what test you take, you might get nearly 5 wrong and still have an 800, while on others it could be a 680! Does anybody here have a link to a site of a realistic score curve? Or, could you just estimate what I would get for this score:
Cr- 7 wrong
M- 1 wrong
W- 3 wrong (11 essay)

math - 780
cr - 700
wr-750

2230 - 2280

The score ranges are indeed realistic... Different curves have different difficulties, so it's true that 5 wrong could be an 800 or a 680 (though it's more likely to be 700~760)...

As for your score, I'm assuming you missed all those questions and omitted none? In that case, I'd guess: 720, 780, 770. That would be... 2270? Of course, again, it depends on the curve of your test, so it can range anywhere from 2230~2300, probably.

~EDIT~
Looking at Med's scores, I guess I'm being a bit too lenient ^^ It's just that I missed 8 and 7 on CR before on the SAT and score 700 and 690, so that was my guess =P Then again, I did miss 7 and get 700 before too... And writing, I can't guess for crap =P
