<p>B.S., citing what? Everyone knows the safest borough is Staten Island...its essentially a suburb. Manhattan and Queens are next. Brooklyn and Bronx are by far the worst. Manhattan is just as safe as Staten Island if you exclude Northern Manhattan where Harlem is. </p>
