Girls, do you or have you been on the pill?

Those who have, is it effective? How does it affect your mood? I'm a clueless guy who needs to know. Did you take it just as a precaution or was their a legit reason to start?

I started taking it because I’m a whore, and I wanted to sleep with as many guys as possible and I’ve never heard of STDs.

JUST KIDDING!

Much more effective than condoms, and using both is WIN. Made me dizzy at first, but the side effects wear off after the first few days. Thankfully, I didn’t gain weight.

Why do I have a feeling this thread is going to be deleted? Or everyone will start arguing me and calling me a Jersey skank …

Not me.

But my sister has been on the pill for a long time. She had to go on it because she has PCOS, and she’s still never had sex. Our parents sort of freaked when they put her on it, they were all “This does NOT mean you can go have sex with people!!!1eleventy”
Her mood is the same, evil. She had no weight gain or anything. She is the same, irritable, angst-ridden, supercilious girl I have always loved. And it does it’s job of combating the PCOS stuff. I would go into it, but I feel that you, OP, might get grossed out.

I might delete my above post if no other girl posts about being on the pill within the next few minutes. (and edit this one as well) :)

My friend’s mom took it on her honeymoon and she gained a few pounds. I also know a lot of girls who are on it because of acne or heavy flow.

What is there to argue? It’s an undeniable fact.

Is sex worse? I know one girl who says she can’t reach the O very easily on the pill.

“My friend’s mom took it on her honeymoon and she gained a few pounds. I also know a lot of girls who are on it because of acne or heavy flow.”

Acne? I’ve never heard about that before. This is the informative stuff us guys are looking for.

Millancad, I had the option of birth control for PCOS too. I chose to go with diabetes medicine instead though to combat it because there were less side effects and I figured since diabetes runs in my family and I eat sugar like crazy it might help in preventing diabetes but my mom wants me to go on the pill b/c she’s afraid the diabetes medicine will make me go blind b/c apparently that can happen?

Periods = hormones (ever wonder why some girls get emotional?). It causes most girls’ skin to get worse. So the birth pill will help improve hormone-related acne breakouts.

I think the pill just varies for everyone. Everything was the same for me. My face (which is pretty already pretty clear) did get slightly better. My boobs didn;t get bigger though, lol … I heard that usually happens a lot.

Most girls I know who are on the pill take it because of a heavy flow or they have severe cramps. I get cramps, like the first day of period, theyre pretty moderate, but on the pill you feel nothing, and there shorter and lighter too.

yo mom iz skankkkay

I’ve never actually had cramps before. I get small ones occasionally (three times a year?) and I get sore :[

My friend has reallyyyy bad ones and she’s on tyenol the whole week.

Haha. smiley, this reminds me of our girl talk :]

Btw. I hope you don’t mind that I call you “smiley”. It’s too hard to type out your full screen name : P

“Periods = hormones (ever wonder why some girls get emotional?). It causes most girls’ skin to get worse. So the birth pill will help improve hormone-related acne breakouts.”

Yeah, trust me, I know why even nice girls are bitc$$$ a few days a month. I just didn’t know girls actually took the pill solely for acne.

I know a girl who was prescribed the pill by a dermatologist.

^Did she have really bad acne?

Um… this thread has gone a bit to in depth. TMI.

And my mom definitely is a skank. She’s from Jersey City. What else would I expect? I hope I’m too wasted to get it up if I’m ever in a situation where I consider going after Jersey tail. God help me.

Let me off you girls a little advice that I’m pretty sure most guys agree on.

Fake boobs are not a good idea. I don’t care if you are an A. I’d rather see something natural than feel silicon.

Plastic surgery is usually bad. The only time in which it is a good move is if you are already ugly.

MInimize the makeup. There is nothing worse than seeing a hot girl caked in makeup. We want to see you face. And there is nothing hotter than seeing a girl you like in PJ’s (or less) without makeup.

I know girls in the Deep South, Texas, and New Jersey are probably up in arms with those 3 points but poll the general public and I guarantee I am right.

A girl at my school had moderate acne and took the pill. Her face cleared up a lot within a couple of months. I don’t know if her dermatologist prescribed it or not though.

Ugh. About #1, this girl at summer school had silicon D cups. It was so unnecessary. I heard that you lose feeling if you do silicon…

It wasn’t really horrible or anything but she had been using cream that didn’t work.

I honestly don’t know if your joking. Did you get owned by a Jersey girl or something? I do agree with you on your three little pieces of advice though.

This is true.

But dude, chill with the Jersey bashing. It’s not funny.

Jersey is the number one state in the country (rated by eggplant production).
